TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 8 September 2026

Welcome to societyofartexplorers.com, operated by Manjari Agraharapu, a sole proprietor based in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh, India.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase or use of any products, courses, memberships, subscriptions, workshops, digital content, physical products, or other services offered by Manjari Agraharapu (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing an offer, enrolling in a course, joining a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our offers.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website.

If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase or use our products and services.

By using this website or purchasing an offer, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the relevant transaction.

2. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We may offer a variety of creative, educational, and artistic products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses and educational programs
  • Self-paced art courses, including Gouache Landscapes Made Simple
  • Memberships and creative communities, including the Society of Art Explorers (SAE)
  • Digital downloads, guides, workbooks, templates, and other digital products
  • Physical art products and handmade ceramics
  • Art supplies and art supply subscriptions
  • Workshops, live classes, events, and creative experiences
  • Coaching, educational resources, and other creative offerings

The specific features, inclusions, duration, pricing, access period, bonuses, and terms applicable to each offer will be communicated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, product page, or other purchase materials.

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, feature, bonus, or content where reasonably necessary.

3. PURCHASES AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you purchase an offer from us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process your order.

A purchase is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation of your purchase or access instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Duplicate orders
  • Payment failures
  • Abuse or violation of these Terms
  • Circumstances where the relevant product or service is unavailable

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will communicate with you regarding the appropriate resolution.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We may accept payments through payment processors including Razorpay, PayPal, and other payment providers made available at checkout.

Payment processors may have their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, and fees, and your use of their services may be subject to those terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However, any pricing commitment explicitly stated as being locked in for an existing customer will be honoured according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Certain offers, including memberships and art supply subscriptions, may operate on a recurring billing basis.

By purchasing a subscription or membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency and price displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.

Society of Art Explorers (SAE)

If you join SAE on a recurring membership plan, your membership fee will be charged according to the plan you selected at checkout.

If you have been offered a Founder Price or other locked-in membership price, the specific terms of that offer will apply to your membership.

If a recurring payment fails, access to subscription-based content, community spaces, or other membership benefits may be restricted or suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by expired cards, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, payment-provider errors, or other issues outside our reasonable control.

6. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS

You may cancel a recurring subscription or membership according to the cancellation method provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellation of a subscription generally prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse or refund a payment that has already been successfully processed.

Unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular offer, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Your access to subscription-based benefits may continue until the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated.

7. ONLINE COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When you purchase an online course or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own personal educational purposes.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a course or digital product does not give you ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Depending on the offer, access may be:

  • Lifetime access

  • Access for a specified period

  • Access for as long as your membership remains active

  • Access for another period specifically stated on the relevant sales or checkout page

We reserve the right to update, improve, reorganize, replace, or remove course content where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that a particular course, lesson, tutorial, bonus, instructor, platform feature, or other component will remain unchanged indefinitely.

8. COURSE AND CONTENT ACCESS

You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection, device, software, and other requirements necessary to access our digital products and services.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website, course platform, community platform, livestreams, or other third-party technology.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, platform outages, internet problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will take steps to restore access or provide an alternative solution.

9. ACCOUNT SHARING AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

Your course, membership, or digital-product account is intended for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials with another person
  • Allow another person to access your purchased course or membership through your account
  • Sell, transfer, sublicense, or give away your access
  • Copy or redistribute course materials
  • Upload our paid content to another website, group, drive, platform, or community
  • Record or redistribute paid live sessions without permission
  • Use our content to create or sell a competing product or educational program

If we reasonably believe that your account or purchased content is being shared, redistributed, resold, or otherwise misused, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access.

No refund will necessarily be provided in circumstances where access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all content created and provided by Manjari Agraharapu is owned by or licensed to Manjari Agraharapu.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Course lessons
  • Videos
  • Tutorials

  • Written material
  • Workbooks
  • PDFs
  • Guides
  • Worksheets
  • Images
  • Illustrations
  • Artwork
  • Photography
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Website content
  • Audio and video recordings
  • Community content created by us
  • Other educational and creative materials

Purchasing an offer does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.

You may download or save materials only where the relevant offer expressly permits you to do so.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, modify for commercial use, teach from, or otherwise exploit our materials without our prior written permission.

11. YOUR ARTWORK AND CREATIVE WORK

We encourage you to use the techniques and ideas taught through our courses, workshops, and memberships to create your own original artwork.

You retain ownership of artwork that you independently create.

However, you acknowledge that techniques, concepts, demonstrations, exercises, and educational methods taught within our programs remain our intellectual property where applicable.

You may share your own artwork publicly unless a particular challenge, event, or activity specifically states otherwise.

12. SOCIETY OF ART EXPLORERS COMMUNITY

SAE may include access to a private online community, group discussions, live sessions, challenges, feedback, or other community-based experiences.

By participating in the community, you agree to treat other members respectfully.

You must not:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against another member
  • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or hateful content
  • Spam members
  • Solicit members for unrelated products or services without permission
  • Share another member's private information
  • Share screenshots, recordings, or private conversations outside the community without appropriate permission
  • Use the community to promote competing products or services without our permission

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend, or terminate community access where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

13. LIVE CLASSES, Q&As AND EVENTS

Live sessions, Q&As, paint parties, workshops, challenges, and other events may be scheduled for particular dates and times.

We reserve the right to change the date, time, format, host, or delivery method where reasonably necessary.

If we need to cancel or substantially change a session, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and, where appropriate, provide a recording, alternative session, or other reasonable alternative.

Live sessions may be recorded for the benefit of members or customers who cannot attend.

By participating in a recorded session, you acknowledge that your voice, comments, questions, or other participation may appear in the recording.

If you do not wish to appear in a recording, please avoid sharing identifying information during the recorded portion of the session or contact us in advance where appropriate.

14. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE GOODS

We may sell handmade ceramics, artwork, art supplies, and other physical products.

Because some products are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, shape, size, glaze, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade production and are not necessarily defects.

Product photographs may also vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and other factors.

We will make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and represent our products.

For physical products requiring shipping, you are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Where a product includes downloadable files, you are responsible for downloading and safely storing those files where applicable.

Downloadable materials are provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, uploaded, or shared.

If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing a digital purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

16. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our refund, return, and exchange policy will be communicated on the relevant product, checkout, or sales page.

Unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular offer:

  • Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
  • Online courses and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted or the relevant billing period has begun.
  • Subscription payments already successfully processed are generally non-refundable.
  • Physical products may be subject to specific return, replacement, or damage policies communicated at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different physical product, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery with relevant details and photographs so that we can assess the issue.

17. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Our courses, tutorials, workshops, memberships, and other educational content are provided for educational and artistic purposes.

We do not guarantee any particular artistic, financial, professional, business, social-media, audience-growth, or other outcome from participating in our programs.

Your results depend on a variety of factors, including your individual effort, experience, circumstances, consistency, and application of the material.

Any examples, demonstrations, testimonials, student results, or experiences shared by us are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

18. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES

We may use third-party platforms and services to deliver our products and services, including payment processors, course-hosting platforms, email providers, community platforms, video-hosting services, shipping providers, and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, errors, or failures originating solely from third-party services, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

19. WEBSITE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to use our website or services to:

20. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Where we allow you to submit comments, reviews, photographs, artwork, testimonials, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content to a space that is intended to be publicly displayed or shared with our community, you grant us permission to display that content for the purpose for which it was submitted.

We will not claim ownership of your artwork merely because you share it within our community.

If we wish to use your artwork, testimonial, photograph, or other content for promotional or commercial purposes beyond the original context in which it was submitted, we will seek appropriate permission where required.

21. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect personal information necessary to provide our products and services, including information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing information
  • Shipping address
  • Purchase information
  • Information you voluntarily provide when communicating with us

The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.
